What size storage unit do I need for my belongings?

The size of the storage unit depends on the items you plan to store. We offer a variety of unit sizes to accommodate anything from a few boxes to large furniture and appliances. Check our size guide or give us a call if you have any further questions.

How secure are the storage units?

Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art security features, including 24/7 video surveillance, electronic gate access, and well-lit premises. Your belongings are our top priority, and we take every measure to ensure their safety.

What are your access hours?

Our standard access hours are from 8am to 8pm every day. Extended access hours may be available, and our team can provide details based on your specific needs.

Can I reserve a storage unit in advance?

We operate on a first-come, first serve basis. Our units are often rented quickly, therefore we prioritise customers looking to start renting immediately. Check our rates page for current availability.

Do you offer climate-controlled units?

Yes, we offer climate-controlled units to protect your sensitive belongings from the Georgia Climate. These units are ideal for items like electronics, wooden furniture, clothing and documents.

What items are prohibited in storage units?

While most items are allowed, there are restrictions on hazardous materials, perishable items, and illegal substances. Please refer to our rental agreement or contact our staff for a comprehensive list of prohibited items.

Is insurance required for stored items?

Please refer to your rental agreement or contact us to learn more about how insurance works at our facility.

How do I pay my rent?

Rent payments are collected using ACH Autopay with GoCardless. When completing the booking process, you will be asked to securely provide your bank details and authorise us to collect your monthly rent payments. For any further questions regarding payments, reach out via call or email!

What happens if I need a larger or smaller storage unit?

If your storage needs change, we can help you transfer to a larger or smaller unit, depending on availability. Contact us and we'll assist you in making the necessary arrangements.
